The Organic Products You HAVE To Try

You’d be forgiven for thinking all organic and natural products are boring or won’t actually get the job done.  To be honest, even we used to dismiss natural products, thinking they were no better than just slathering avocado on our face. We’re not ashamed to admit we were completely wrong.

People have been making the switch to natural and organic products for a while now, opting for pesticide-free fruits and vegetables, chemical-free home cleaning products and baby products, and even clothes made from organic fabrics and dyes. It was only natural that the beauty industry would follow suit, and while we were skeptical at first (could an organic product really hold its own against our beloved lab-created potions?), we quickly changed our tunes. From fighting wrinkles and busting breakouts, to fading sunspots and scars, turns out, there isn’t much that natural products can’t do.

Thanks to advances in technology, new natural ingredients are being discovered every day and, luckily for us, many of these new ingredients are passed on to consumers all around the world. This means that even a tiny berry found in the middle of the Amazon can be the answer to all of our beauty woes, and we don’t even need to get on a plane to access it. If that isn’t exciting, we don’t know what is.

But don’t just take our word for it. We’ve put together a list of our favorite organic products that really work.

Dr. Organic Snail Gel – OK, so beauty might not be the first thing we think of when we think of snails, but snails actually create a special healing substance to quickly regenerate their shells and skin when damaged. Dr. Organic has cleverly combined this substance with other natural and organic ingredients to repair, soothe, hydrate, soften, and protect skin.

Rahua Omega 9 Hair Mask – This mask is organic, vegan and gluten-free, meaning that every ingredient serves a purpose and there’s no room for unnecessary filler chemicals. Ungurahua oil is packed with omega 9 and will strengthen and add shine, while quinoa protein protects your hair, and sunflower oil moisturizes and softens. Together, these ingredients not only treat your hair, but also improve your scalp’s health.

The Organic Pharmacy Enzyme Peel Mask with Vitamin C and Papaya– This peel mask utilizes the exfoliating properties of papaya, pineapple, and lactic acid to gently remove dead skin cells; fading age spots, smoothing out fine lines, and reducing blackheads. It also contains a hefty dose of vitamin C to nourish and brighten.

Dr. Hauschka Cleansing Clay Mask – Draw out pore clogging impurities and excess sebum.  Super purifying loess clay reduces the appearance of blackheads leaving your skin feeling invigorated and clean.
